I'm not aware there was any problems here, the quotation was sent out and phone calls were made. The job booked in and accepted. I did however find out that my written quotation never arrived, and my office number was not registered on the clients home phone system. This was obviously a miss understanding.

This company visited about 4 weeks ago to price some fence repairs. They looked interested, and I was promised a price within 24 hours. I have since heard absolutely nothing despite chasing them. I can only assume they were not interested in this work, perhaps it was too difficult for them, but surely it would have been better if they had said so at the time. Not very reliable.

Fence N Fix first came to my property to fix a broken fence after the winds we had in late March. The service was excellent and I was very happy to have my garden secure again after only a matter of half a day. At this I realised that my fence was so old that it all needed replacing so got a no obligation quotation. The price was very good so my new fence was started on 27th April. After three days it was all finished, nineteen panels and new concrete posts with gravel boards replaced where needed. All dealings were second to none. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Called Adrian about a driveway gate being blown down. He immediately got back to me and booked in a time that suited me to visit for a quote. In the current climate of Covid I wasnt expecting such swift efficiency from booking to completion. When he came over, he very much abided by social distancing and gave a very unbiased chat about options and what would be best with no force and extremely friendly. So much so that I had him look quickly at other areas of the garden we are considering doing work on for some advice which he happily obliged! When the work was carried out, he was on time (early in fact) and went over the plan and time frame and then got to it. Would fully recommend and will be using for future garden projects also! Side note, was quoted extortionate amounts for this work by other tradesmen who might be scraping for work at this time, but Adrian gave us a very reasonable quote and his friendly manner made him the obvious choice anyway!

Great Service and Great Advice! I used this company for their Advice Service as i was not sure what i wanted to do with my existing steel gates. i had various companies come out. they told me i needed new gates. I asked fence N Fix to come out and advise me with what options i had. it turned out the gates were fine and only needed new hinges. im very happy with this company
